Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date.
Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
with the tags, including Original hang tags attached.
Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color),
you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
The following are not eligible for a refund and will be denied:
• Final sale , Sales items also cannot be refund and exchanged
• Damaged, washed, worn or altered items,
including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
ANGRY RABBIT reserves the right to determine eligibility for return ,refunds and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
Please follow the instructions on your packing slip, fill out the applicable sections and include it in your return package.
If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each item.
Your return must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible.
Angry Rabbit is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We offer free shipping on all exchange orders within the continental United States via Standard shipping.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment date.
Since many of our items sell out quickly, the best way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you want.
This will ensure that your item is still in stock.
Once we receive your return, we will waive the standard shipping charges on the new order,
and send you a return confirmation email.
The standard shipping will only be waived for exchange orders of the same product.
To make an exchange with free Standard shipping:

If you are exchanging an item for a different size in the same style and color,
we are happy to match the original price you paid for the exchange.
